• A dedicated Aldi Supplier Account Controller.
• Standardised ordering system, developed by Oakland and our clients. This has been customised to the ordering process for Aldi suppliers so that orders may be easily converted from fax format to digital format, thus avoiding common manual errors which often hinder the Aldi distribution procedure.
• Oakland has been British Retail Consortium (BRC) accredited for the last 7 years at the highest levels of quality management. This gives Aldi suppliers the complete confidence that products are being handled by trained food handlers operating to very exact rules associated with UK retail food supply prior to their distribution to Aldi.
• 24 hour operating windows for deliveries from Aldi Suppliers into Oakland. This gives you flexibility to deliver your bulk Aldi stock into Oakland’s depot when it suits you in preparation of distribution to Aldi.
• We utilise Aldi Primary Transport for all deliveries into the 6 English RDCs. This gives us unrivalled delivery performance compared to other Aldi distribution providers.
  Apart from providing a competitive Aldi distribution solution for Aldi suppliers - this is also seen by Aldi as supporting their business model.
• Oakland operates a bespoke warehouse management system prior to Aldi distribution - rotation and traceability are controlled in real-time recording using Radio Frequency technology through a paperless warehouse.
• All delivery notes are printed by Oakland on behalf of our Aldi supplier clients, incorporating all written requirements for Aldi intake paperwork.
• Oakland performs video capture (via digital motion detection cameras) on all loading and unloading bays. This ensures all records are maintained for all stock movements for up to 90 days recording for Aldi suppliers.
