Established in 1998, Oakland International’s key focus is to add value to its customers and partners. With depots in Redditch (UK), Corby (UK) and Ashbourne (Ireland), we deal with, and distribute, ambient, chilled and frozen foods.
Oakland International in Ireland was launched as a Irish warehousing and Distribution platform on 27th May 2009. The depot based in Ashbourne, County Meath is a 100% Irish business. The warehouse is operated in partnership with Mark Caffrey of Brian Caffrey International Ltd, experts in international logistics since 1969; bringing together two family businesses with complementary strengths and abilities.
Working with major Irish and UK retail, discount, and convenience markets, our contract packing expertise encompasses chilled and ambient foods. We offer a cost-effective and efficient route for Irish and UK retailers via our dedicated chilled consolidation scheme and includes Dunnes Stores, Aldi, Tesco, BWG, Musgrave.
BRC accreditation offers our ambient and chilled a number of added value services including our specialist Distress Load Management Service and year-round, seasonal, and promotional contract packing solutions, making Oakland an ideal one-stop supply chain solution partner.
